When downloading and installing the Pic-time Uploader App the photographer’s computer system may not recognize the connection from the app. A prompt from their computer may notify them to adjust their antivirus or firewall settings.

Anti-virus

You can either disable the anti-virus connection or adjust our anti-virus connection to allow Pic-Time to access your computer. The location of settings varies dependent on each anti-virus system. See common Anti-virus fixes here.
