Pic-Time offers to move the galleries from other photo-sharing platforms to our platform for 50¢ per gallery when you purchase two years of the yearly plan, $1 per gallery when you purchase one year of the yearly plan, and $2 per gallery for monthly plans.

Are client emails moved with the galleries?
Yes.
For services that have a clear main client, the email(s) is moved over as the main client to Pic-Time. For services that don’t have a clear main client, the email(s) are moved over as Photographer Invited users to Pic-Time.
Galleries can be migrated from: Pixieset, Smugmug, ShootProof, CloudSpot, Zenfolio, PASS+.
Email information can be transferred from these services only:
Shootproof: main clients are transferred as Main Clients in Pic-Time
Pixieset: all users are transferred as Photographer Invited users in Pic-Time
CloudSpot: all registered users are added as Photographer Invited users in Pic-Time
Pass+: all emails are added under the same gallery visitor types in Pic-Time
Zenfolio: visitors are migrated as Photographer Invited users in Pic-Time
Are client favorites moved with the galleries?
Favorites can be migrated from PASS+ only.
Is the gallery structure preserved (scenes)?
Yes.
Please Note: When creating project templates for your migration, DO NOT add scene names in the project template if your previous galleries already have scenes. They will be transferred over.
Our migration service does not support sub-folders from SmugMug and Zenfolio. Before we migrate your galleries, you will need to separate them into main folders. For more information on this topic, click here.
How long does migration take?
We shoot for 2-3 weeks, but time may vary based on demand and the number of galleries being migrated, and can go up to 10 weeks while we have the Black Friday Deal on. Please always check with our team by emailing [email protected] for a time estimate.
Can I move just some of my galleries?
Yes, you don’t have to move all the galleries. You can request to move a selection of galleries from your account. Pic-Time requires a minimum of 10 galleries.
Is migration available for all Pic-Time plans?
Migration is available to all users on paid/upgraded plans.

Why can't you migrate from all gallery services?
The migration process is done with tools developed by Pic-Time's programmers. Developing these tools takes time and resources, and since there are many platforms for photographers, it is not possible for our programmers to develop tools for each and every platform. We enable a migration process for most of the largest and most popular platforms, in order to try to cater to as many photographers as possible. Unfortunately, this means that migration from some smaller services is not possible.
My clients currently have an access code to the gallery, will it stay the same?
No, it won’t. In most cases, your clients will receive a prompt to create a new password when they first enter the gallery.
Will my galleries be in the same order when they are migrated to Pic-Time?
They will be in the same order, as long as they have the event date from the previous photo-sharing platform.
Will my gallery URL stay the same?
The URL will be created based on the gallery name, it will not be a random name. However, we cannot guarantee that it will stay the exact same.
Can I migrate my own galleries and still use the Gallery Migration App?
Yes! You can apply the Gallery Migration app to any gallery, regardless of who migrates it. Learn more here.
