How do I Create and Use the Gallery Migration App?

The Gallery Migration App is created to assist you with smoothly transitioning your galleries to Pic-Time. You can use this app to invite the client to view their new gallery and shop the latest products in their gallery store. Attach a promotion to incentivize your client to shop for new items.

Pro Tip: this app can be assigned to any gallery, regardless of who migrates it.

Add Gallery Migration App

1. To get started, click on the Sales & Automation tab.

2. Under the Campaigns tab, select to add a new app.

3. Choose the Gallery Migration app. Change the name and click Add Install App.

4. Begin by customizing your discount type and amount.

5. Here you can modify the discount, description, code, whether you want to apply free shipping, whether you want to have a minimum order amount for this coupon, if you want to allow discount stacking or if you want to limit the coupon to specific products. For more information on what discounts you can offer, click here. Click Apply when you are ready to save your changes.

Campaign Duration

6. Adjust the Campaign Duration. This is how long your discount will be active for your clients, and will correspond with when the emails are sent.

7. You can now modify the emails as part of your campaign. First adjust the trigger, if you would like to delay the announcement email and reminder emails. This will not delay the start of your campaign but only delay the email send time.

8. Then edit or delete any of the emails.

9. Editing emails is easy. Your announcement email will go out at the start of the campaign. You can also add email reminders before the expiration of the campaign. To start editing the email, begin by adjusting the banner image. Click Change Image.

10. You can upload your own image, choose to use the cover photo of the gallery, or choose one of the pre-made images provided by Pic-Time.

11. Once you choose your banner image, you can modify the email subject, message title, email message and button text. Once you have reviewed your text, click Apply to save your changes.

12.You can choose the destination of the button in the emails, either to the gallery itself or to the store catalog.

Banners

13. We can now begin customizing your banners. There are 5 types of banners: text banner, large banner, photo banner, product row, and store rotator. Each banner has various editable parameters. You can modify the design, text, and style of the banners.

Assigning App to the Gallery

1. To apply to an individual app, go into the gallery's Automations & Discounts tab and click + More Automations.

2. Select your app from the list of active apps.

3. Select your project, recipients, and the app start date and click Apply.

And that's it! Your clients will now receive the new gallery invite and campaign!
