How do I remove products from my shop or back up my Price List?

Sometimes you may want to create a backup of your pricing for safekeeping and temporarily remove products from your Shop. This article walks you through both options.

1. Duplicate Price List

To back up your Price List, go to the Store Pricing tab and click on the three dots icon in the top-right corner of the Price List. Select Duplicate from the dropdown menu.

Click on the pencil icon to rename the Price List. This will now be your temporary backup Price List.

You can now uncheck the box to remove any product in this duplicated list. Click Done to save the Price List.

2. Remove Products

Select the relevant Price List you just created to temporarily remove products.

If all items within a product group are enabled (for example, all print sizes and finishes), you can remove the product by simply unchecking it. The system will save your settings, so when you re-enable the product, your previous prices will be restored.

Please Note: This only works if all items in the group were enabled before. If some items were already disabled, re-enabling the product will enable all items in the group. In that case, it’s best to back up the entire Price List instead.

If you want to simply remove certain sizes or finishes, click on the product to Edit Price.

You can uncheck the entire product group (for example, all sizes of the Fine Art finish), or uncheck certain sizes/finishes. Then click Apply to save your changes.

3. Switch Price Lists

If you need to temporarily remove products, for example, if there's a lab delay, first create a temporary backup of your Price List and make adjustments there. You can then switch your galleries to use the backup version.

Switching a Gallery to a Temporary Price List

Go to the specific gallery's Gallery Setup tab. Under Store, select the temporary backup version of the Price List from the dropdown menu.

Leave your galleries on this Price List until lab production times return to normal.

When you’re ready to switch back, select your original Price List in the same dropdown.

Switching Multiple Galleries at Once

If you want to return several galleries to the original Price List at the same time, you can do so by deleting the temporary backup list:

Go to the Store Pricing tab and click on the three dots icon in the top-right corner of the Price List. Select Delete from the dropdown menu.

You’ll be asked which Price List the galleries should be replaced with—choose the original version.

Pro Tip: The system also keeps copies of your pricing. If you need to restore a previous version, contact our support team and provide the approximate date when the Price List was changed.
