Please Note: The Social Gallery video is only available for Pic-Time 2.0 galleries.

After the gallery is <a href="https://help.pic-time.com/en/articles/11186592-how-do-i-switch-a-gallery-to-be-online-or-offline-in-pic-time-2-0">Online</a>, the gallery video will be generated. You’ll automatically see a popup to show off your gallery with a scroll-through video for social media. This is a great way to share and create excitement around your work, including the clients for that gallery and prospective clients.

1. Click to Download video directly to your computer, or scan the QR Code to download the video directly to your mobile device.

Pro Tip: The scroll-through video will not include any Collections/Favorites at the top of the gallery or any Hidden Scenes.

2. Open the camera app on your mobile device, point it at the QR Code on the screen, and tap the QR Code. Click on the Open ‘pic-time.com’ link.

3. Your default internet browser will open to a Gallery Preview View page. Click on the Share button.

4. You’ll then see various options to share your video. To save it directly to your camera roll, click Save Video. To share instantly on social media, select the social media app of your choice.

If you ever want to share or download the gallery video again, you can access videos in two different places:

Please Note: The social gallery video is automatically deleted from the site after 30 days, so we recommend saving it to your device and a backup system if you wish to keep it.

1. Recent gallery videos are directly in your Main Dashboard, under Share gallery video. Just click the arrows to scroll through the available videos and click on the one you want.

2. This will re-open the page where you can <a href="#h_73e6ad8106">scan</a> the QR Code on your mobile device again, or Download video.

Why isn't my social gallery video being generated?

The video will NOT be generated if the gallery meets any of the following criteria:

The gallery's <a href="https://help.pic-time.com/en/articles/7905761-what-is-the-difference-between-normal-and-sensitive-security-policy">Security Policy</a> is set to Sensitive.

The gallery's <a href="https://help.pic-time.com/en/articles/11554014-part-2-of-3-how-do-i-create-a-pic-time-2-0-gallery-from-start-to-finish#h_579a6aa823">Category</a> is set to Boudoir.

The gallery contains fewer than 9 media (photos, GIFs, Featured Videos, Slideshows, and video Clips).

- The gallery's <a href="https://help.pic-time.com/en/articles/7905761-what-is-the-difference-between-normal-and-sensitive-security-policy">Security Policy</a> is set to Sensitive.
- The gallery's <a href="https://help.pic-time.com/en/articles/11554014-part-2-of-3-how-do-i-create-a-pic-time-2-0-gallery-from-start-to-finish#h_579a6aa823">Category</a> is set to Boudoir.
- The gallery contains fewer than 9 media (photos, GIFs, Featured Videos, Slideshows, and video Clips).
- The gallery is Pic-Time 1.0

How can I have my images featured on Pic-Time?

If you want to give Pic-Time permission to use your gallery and the gallery media, follow the steps below:

1. When accessing the social gallery video from your <a href="#h_eee6a89c36">Main Dashboard</a> or <a href="#h_0478ed4043">Gallery Dashboard</a> tab, click Get Featured by Pic-Time.

2. Checkmark that you agree to the gallery submission terms and click Submit this gallery. Please note that submitting does not guarantee if your gallery and/or media will be used.
