How should I collect Vendor information?
Wedding Workflows: Use the Wedding Workflows integration when your clients or their planner has already filled out all Vendor contact information and details on behalf of the Vendors.
Pic-Time Pre-Registration Link: Use the Pre-Registration link when your clients or their planner haven’t provided Vendor information. You can share the link with your clients or planner to pass along to Vendors, or give the link or QR code directly to Vendors during or after the event.
What does the Pic-Time x Wedding Workflows integration include?

What information is transferred from Wedding Workflows to Pic-Time?
When importing Vendors, the following information is synced from Wedding Workflows to Pic-Time:
Business name
Vendor Type (e.g., florist, planner, videographer)
Contact Person Name
Contact Person Email
Website
Instagram
This information is automatically matched to the corresponding fields in Pic-Time, just like when adding Vendors manually.

Will there be missing, mismatched, or duplicated data when a Vendor imported from Wedding Workflows is already in Pic-Time?
If your Vendor already has a Vendor account in Pic-Time, their existing information will not be updated automatically. You can still edit their details manually under Settings > Vendors.
However, if the Vendor’s email in Wedding Workflows differs from the one in Pic-Time, a new user account will be created for that Vendor using the new email and the provided data.
What if there is a missing Wedding Workflows Vendor Type in Pic-Time?
If a Vendor’s Type from Wedding Workflows doesn’t exist in Pic-Time, they’ll be automatically assigned a Custom Pic-Time Vendor Type.
How do I assign Vendor Terms to the Vendors?
When you import Vendors from Wedding Workflows, they will not be invited to the gallery right away. This allows you to update their Media Usage Terms and select which photos to share with the Vendor before sending their invitation.
