How do I turn notifications on and off in the Pic-Time Mobile App?

Stay up to date with your client gallery activity wherever you are by enabling notifications in the Pic-Time Mobile App!

You’ll receive notifications when:

  • Main Clients view your galleries

  • An order needs your attention or approval

  • You make a sale

  • Vendors register to your galleries

  • You have a new message from the support chat

Install or Update Mobile App

1. First, make sure you have the latest version of the app.

2. When you open the new version of the app for the first time, you will be prompted to enable notifications. Tap Turn on Notifications. Next, tap Allow to let Pic-Time send you notifications.

Allow Notifications in Device Settings

If you don’t see the Turn on Notifications prompt in the app, or skipped it earlier, you can manually turn on Pic-Time notifications in your mobile device’s settings. You can also use these settings to turn notifications off or adjust how they appear on your device.

To adjust notification settings on your device:

1. Go to your device’s Settings > Notifications.

2. Tap on Pic-Time, and tap the toggle on to Allow Notifications.

3. Then adjust how you would like notifications to show up on your device.

Enable Notifications in App Settings

Once your device settings are set to allow notifications from the Pic-Time app, you can manage them directly within the app.

To update notifications in the app:

1. Open the Pic-Time Mobile App

2. Tap the menu icon in the top right corner.

3. Select App Settings.

4. Tap on Notifications.

5. Tap the toggle button to turn notifications on or off.

If your device settings have notifications turned off, you’ll be prompted to enable them.

Click Go to ‘Settings’ to take you to your device Settings. In your device Settings, tap the toggle on to Allow Notifications. From there, you can customize how you would like to be notified.

How do I view my Pic-Time Mobile App Notifications?

Depending on your mobile device settings, notifications may appear on your phone’s lock screen, as pop-up banners, or in your notification center.

To view a notification, tap the notification to open the Pic-Time Mobile App. Or tap the bell icon while using the App.

From there, you can:

  • Swipe left on a notification to delete it.

  • Tap the three dots icon to select Mark all as read

  • Access Notification Settings.

Please Note: Notifications from the past 30 days will be available.

Support chat notifications do not appear in the Notifications list. See below for how to view support notifications.

Support Chat Notifications

You may also receive marketing and support messages from our team. These can be accessed at any time through the in-app help chat.

To view messages or announcements:

1. Tap on the menu icon.

2. Select the chat bubble to see any announcements or messages from Pic-Time.

Please Note: Disabling notifications in the Pic-Time Mobile App will not disable marketing and support notifications. To stop these, you will need to disable all notifications from your mobile device settings. You will still be able to read any pending notifications directly in the app.
