Gallery visitors are able to share a gallery when the correct permissions have been set by the photographer. If sharing is enabled, gallery visitors can share the gallery via email, Facebook, or a secure guest link. They can also share a selection of images if they prefer not to share the entire gallery.
Enabling Sharing
To enable gallery sharing, go to the Gallery Setup tab and checkmark Allow sharing (Facebook, Email…).
Please Note: Enabling this controls the visibility of sharing tools in the gallery. Depending on user type, some users may still be able to share the gallery link regardless of this setting. You can learn more about client permissions here.
Gallery clients and guests will be able to share the gallery from their navigation bar.
When a client shares a selection of photos, their family or friends will see a View all photos button at the bottom. If a gallery is public, clicking this button allows anyone to view the entire gallery. If the gallery is private, the button will only display the shared selection rather than the full gallery.
