When inviting users to a gallery, you can limit their scene access if you don’t want the full gallery to be visible to those users. This can be useful, for example, when you want to share specific scenes with a vendor, but you don’t want or need them to have access to all the scenes.

Limiting Scenes through Photographer Invited Link

1. You can limit scenes for specific users by using the Photographer Invited feature. To begin, select the gallery you’d like to share. Click the Share tab.

Invite Via Email

2. Under the Photographer Invited section, click + Invite via Email to invite users through email.

3. You can add just one user or invite multiple users at the same time with the same scene limit. In the Show Scenes dropdown menu, select only the scenes you want visible to the listed users. After selecting the scenes, click Continue to edit the email message.

After writing your email, the users will receive the invitation by email and have access to only the scenes you selected. Learn more about inviting a list of people via email here.

Invite Via Secure Link

5. If you’d like to send a secure link to a user or several users manually, in the Share tab select the + Get Secure Link option.

6. Select the scenes from the dropdown that you would like to give the users access to via the link. Click Get Link and copy the link. Invited users with the link will be able to view only the limited scenes you selected.

Limiting Scenes through Guest Link

1. Similarly, you can limit the scene view for guests through the secure guest link. In the Share tab under the Guest Link section, click + Get Secure Link.

2. Select the scenes from the dropdown that you would like to give the users access to via the link. Click Get Link and copy the link. Invited users with the link will be able to view only the limited scenes you selected.

Limiting Scenes through the Photos Tab

1. You can limit scenes based on user type through the Photos tab of the gallery. To begin, select the gallery you are working with and click the Photos tab. Click the 3 dots under the scene name you would like to limit and click Hide Scene.

2. Checkmark the user type(s) you would like to hide the scene from and click Apply.

The scene will then be hidden from the entire user type category. You can unhide the scene for the user type at any time by clicking the 3 dots again and unchecking the user type category.
