Enabling Testimonials

1. First, you will want to enable testimonials for your account. Go to Sales & Automation from the Main Dashboard.

2. Under the Testimonials tab, checkmark Enable Testimonials.

Testimonial Request

1. . Under the gallery's Dashboard tab, click Send Testimonial Request.

2. Select your recipients from the gallery and click Preview Email.

3. Edit your email and click Send Email.

Pro Tip: The email requesting a testimonial will only be sent if the gallery is Online.

To check if your gallery is Online or Offline, go to the gallery in the backend and the status will be shown under the title of the gallery in the top left. Click the status ('Offline') and choose Online. After changing the status to Online, the testimonial email will send.
