How do I take advantage of the free migration offer?
The Black Friday offer includes free migration for up to 200 galleries when a yearly plan is purchased during the promotional period. To take advantage of this offer complete the migration request form before December 2.
I'm an existing user. Can I get the free gallery migration?
Yes! Any photographer who signs up for a yearly plan during the promotional period is eligible. Just keep in mind that your current plan should have enough storage space to accommodate the galleries you intend to have migrated.
Can I purchase 2 years in advance to take advantage of the sale price?
You can buy multiple years of your subscription in advance, as long as you complete your purchases by December 2nd to get the special offer. To do this, go to the Plans & Billing page, click ‘manage’ next to your subscription, and purchase any additional years one at a time. Learn more here.
I’m an existing user. Can I get the sale price?
Yes, you can! The Black Friday Sale is for all yearly subscriptions that are processed before December 2nd.
If you want to stay on the same subscription tier: When you purchase an additional year with the Black Friday offer, you will be billed immediately for 12 months at the reduced rate, and 12 months will be added to the end of your subscription.
If you want to upgrade your subscription level: When you upgrade to a higher subscription, you will immediately start on the higher subscription, and the value of the remaining time on your existing plan will be credited towards your new subscription. Note that you will not be charged until your new plan renews, which might occur after the Black Friday Sale ends, so we recommend adding on another year so you can make use of the 20% off discount.
I’m on a monthly subscription. Can I get the Black Friday offer?
Our Black Friday Sale is for yearly subscriptions only; you can still get the offer by switching to a yearly subscription before December 2. Learn how here.
If I purchase a Yearly Plan, what will happen to my 30-day free trial?
If you purchase a plan during your free trial period, you'll be charged immediately and your paid plan with its features activates at the same time, replacing the trial, but the remaining time on your free trial will be credited to your new subscription.
Is there a discount code for Black Friday?
The discount is applied automatically as long as you upgrade before the end of the Black Friday promotion (December 2nd).
I’ve been with Pic-Time before the price update, why am I only getting 10% discount instead of 20% as advertised?
The 10% discount allows you to maintain your legacy Pic-Time pricing while giving photographers who are new to the platform an opportunity to also receive a discount. Your discounted rate is still the lowest price point as a thank you for being a long time Pic-Time user.
Are additional brands included in the promotion?
No, the promotion applies only to the subscription. Additional plans can still be added at their standard price.
If my subscription is set to renew after the Black Friday campaign, do I still need to purchase a subscription to receive the discount?
Yes, to take advantage of the discount, you will need to purchase a subscription before December 2. Otherwise, your plan will renew at the normal rate.
Will I be charged immediately at the discounted rate if I subscribe or extend my subscription?
Yes, your payment method will be charged immediately when you purchase a full year at the discounted rate.
Note: If you’re upgrading to a higher tier (e.g. Professional to Advanced) of a yearly plan, you won’t be charged at the time of the upgrade because the remaining time on your current plan is prorated and credited towards your new subscription. To receive the Black Friday discount, you’ll need to purchase an additional full year after the upgrade.
