When setting up your holiday campaigns, you can easily change the campaign language to reach more clients by editing the Campaign Language and Design Templates sections within the app settings.
How to Change Campaign Language
1. To begin, go to the Sales & Automation tab from the Main Dashboard.
2. Within the Campaigns tab, select the holiday sales app you would like to work with or create a new app.
3. To change the campaign language, click the pencil icon next to the Campaign Language.
4. Select one of the language options: English, Deutsch, Dansk, Español, Français, Italiano, Nederlands, Norsk, Polski, Português, or Svenska. Click Apply.
Please Note: When changing the campaign language, you also need to update the language in Design Templates. To do this, click the pencil icon next to Design Templates.
5. Scroll through the different pre-designed templates to view the design options. If you have chosen a language other than English, select your desired design template option with the title, Other Languages. This will change the design template to the language you selected in the Campaign Language section.
Please Note: Applying the design template will update the colors in your emails and banners, as well as reset any text edits, so be sure to choose the design before you begin customizing. Learn more about the design templates here.
After you have chosen a design template, click Apply.
Please Note: The Classic Holiday Sale 2023 app has two phases, the Black Friday Campaign and the Holiday Campaign. You will need to update the language in the design templates for both the Black Friday Campaign section and the Holiday Campaign section.
Discount
1. You will need to manually change the discount code and discount description in your preferred language. Click on the pencil icon to edit the discount.
2. Edit the end of the Description
Please Note: Do NOT change the language of the dynamic text token. This will autofill with the appropriate information) and change the Coupon code.
Click Apply.
Then proceed with customizing the app, or click Save and assign to galleries.
