After an Email Package has been created and modified, it can be assigned to the gallery. The emails existing within the package will then be applied to the gallery. Any correspondence sent out from the Pic-Time platform will be according to its assigned Email Package.
Assign an Email Package to a Gallery
Select one of your Client Galleries, and click on the Gallery Setup tab. Select the Email Package from the drop-down list.
Now your Email Package is assigned to the gallery!
Select an Email Package for a specific email
Regardless of what Email Package you have assigned to a gallery, when sending certain emails, you can select a different package to apply its corresponding Email Template to that particular email before you send it.
Pro Tip: Selecting an Email Package for a specific email will only load that particular template for that specific email and message, it will not affect any past or future emails, or your main Email Package settings.
The following emails can have a manually applied Email Template before you send them:
Gallery is ready
Photographer Invited
Invite Vendor to gallery
Invite Vendor to past galleries
Client Selection is open (available on Pic-Time 1.0 galleries only)
Proofing opened (available on Pic-Time 1.0 galleries only)
Send photos to user
Request Testimonial (available on Pic-Time 1.0 galleries only)
