There are two ways you can send your gallery visitor a product from the store. You can Send a Product using the Send Product App, or you can do it through the gallery dashboard.

When using the Send Product App, you can attach a promotion and a design fee to your designed product. This can encourage a higher conversion rate for your sales. It also allows you to automate your sales so you do not have to create the same promotion multiple times. However, if you are looking for a way to send a designed product to your gallery visitor without promotion and additional setup, you can use our simple Send Product feature through the gallery dashboard tab.

1. In the Dashboard tab of the gallery, click Support your client.

2. Click on Help client with product design.

undefined

3. Select a product from the store to begin the design process.

undefined

4. Once you are done designing the product, click Send to Visitors.

undefined

5. Now select your recipients. Under the Select Existing tab, if you simply click your cursor in the Search User field, a list of all emails associated with the gallery will appear. So you can easily select your user from the list.

undefined

6. Or you can create a new user by entering the name and email address information under the Create New tab. Then click Send Product.

undefined

7. Once you click Send Product, the product will be automatically added to the client's Made For You designs within their shop. You can also select to notify your client by email about their new design.

undefined

8. You can customize your email subject, title, and message. The client will be able to see all products you send to them through the main shop. Alternatively, you can add items directly to the client's shopping cart.

undefined

Now your client can explore their new design!
