Sales Automations report the number of orders converted by the Automation as well as the total order amount of sales the Automation has generated while it's Active in the gallery.
For specific product Automation such as Simple Sales System, Mini Sessions, Existing Gallery Backup, the App will report the specific product ordered only.
For other Automation, it will include any orders placed, even if the client doesn’t use the coupon code, or if they used a discount code associated with a different App.
Orders that are on Hold won't be counted towards the conversion until they are approved by the photographer.
View Automation Order Conversions
1. Click Sales & Automation from your Main Dashboard.
2. Click either the Campaigns or Automations tab, and select your Automation.
3. The order conversions are located at the top of the page.
You can also see additional stats such as number of banner views, number of email views, and number of email clicks to view the sale.
