Customize the style and visuals of any Marketing Automation email to bring a unique element to all your Campaigns and make your branding stand out to your clients, as well as display personalized product photos directly in the emails!
Design Emails and Add Personalized Product Photos for Clients
1. While editing your sales automation app, click the pencil icon on the emails to customize.

2. Choose your design layout from the dropdown to select one of two options.
Standard
This design is the classic email layout, which features a single cover image, email subject, title, message, and button text.
Three Images in Two Columns
This design has a single cover image, subject, title, and message, as well as three images and an additional title, description, and button text. The images and buttons are displayed side by side in a unique checker pattern.

3. Click the Style tab to change the email font and background colors.
4. Choose one of our premade color sets.
Or customize the entire email by selecting any color from the color picker.
5. Select which logo you would like to display, as well as social media icons Then click Apply to save your changes and continue editing your Marketing Automation app. Or continue adding images to your email.

6. In the Content tab, click on the image tile or click Change Image.
7. In the My Images section, select either the cover photo of the specific gallery to be displayed or upload and select a photo or graphic from your computer. Whatever you upload can be selected across all your sales automation apps.
Pro Tip: We recommend uploading your email images at 1200px x 648px.

Personalized Product Images
In the Product Promotion category, you can choose any product from the store. Each product will automatically show your client’s favorite images in it!
1. You can also add your own personalized product images in the My Images tab. Click + Upload Image.
2. If you upload a .png file with a transparent background, you can display photos from each client’s particular gallery directly into the product. Checkmark Personalize using client photos.
3. You will then need to include a landscape and portrait orientation of your product image. When the image is displayed, the system will choose a gallery photo based on an algorithm. It can be a portrait photo or a landscape photo, so it is required to prepare 2 versions of the tile. This way, the selected photo will be displayed with the right orientation and without cropping.
4. Click the pencil icon to define the photo space.
5. Choose where you would like to place the photo box (this is where your client’s gallery photo will be displayed) by dragging the handles and placing them in the desired spot.
Pro Tip: Drag the middle handles to keep the rectangle shape. To create a diagonal shape (when the photo has perspective) use the corner handles.
6. You can also add another photo box if you have multiple places where you would like to display your client’s photos.
7. Once you have placed your photo box, click Apply to save.
8. Click the pencil icon to edit the image again, or click on the image directly to add it to your email.
9. When you are done editing your email, click Apply to save your changes.
