When downloading and installing the Pic-time Uploader App, your computer system may not recognize the connection from the app. A prompt from your computer may notify you to adjust your antivirus or firewall settings.

The NordVPN Chrome extension’s Bypass List feature lets you use split-tunneling right in your computer to resolve this issue.

To utilize this feature, follow these steps:

Windows

1. Select the settings icon in your NordVPN browser extension.

undefined

2. Under Settings, select the Split Tunneling tab and toggle the split tunneling in the top right hand corner to On. Check the “Enable VPN for selected apps only" option.

undefined

3. Click Add apps, and choose the program “PCPClientNG” from your computer. Click to Open.

undefined

4. Verify that the NordVPN extension is toggled On in your Chrome browser extensions.

undefined

5. Then run the Uploader and upload about 5 photos to check that everything is working correctly.

Mac

1. Go to your Nord VPN extension and click the Settings icon.

2. Select Connection.

3. Select Split tunneling and click Add domains.

4. Add “clientlocal.pic-time.com” into the text box and click Add.

That’s it. The Uploader App should start working now.
