When downloading and installing the Pic-time Uploader App, your computer system may not recognize the connection from the app. A prompt from your computer may notify you to adjust your antivirus or firewall settings.

1. Open Eset Antivirus on your computer and go to Setup > Advanced Setup

2. Select Detection Engine, scroll down to the Exclusions section and click on it to expand.

3. Click on Performance Excursions → Edit → Add. Then select the path to the uploader on your computer and click OK.

Mac users: Find the Uploader app by going to your Applications folder. Search for ‘Uploader’ and select to add.

PC users: The Uploader app is generally located under C:\Program Files\pic-time

4. Click OK again.

5. Click on Detections Exclusions → Add → and select the path to the uploader on your computer again. Then click OK.

6. Click OK again.

7. Finally, click OK for the Advanced Setup.
