Set up Download Terms for your clients to agree to before they download their images. This feature is available for both free Web and High Resolution Downloads, as well as paid custom download resolutions.
From the Gallery
1. To add download terms to the free or paid High Resolution downloads, go to your specific gallery. In the Gallery Setup tab, select the download Settings.
2. Checkmark to Allow free High Resolution Downloads, and click the pencil icon.
3. In the download editor, checkmark to Add Download Terms, add your message, and click Apply.
4. Similarly, you can set this up for the free web resolution downloads as well. Checkmark to Allow free Web-Size downloads, and click the pencil icon.
5. In the download editor, checkmark to Add Download Terms, add your message, and click Apply.
From the Store
1. To add download terms to the High Resolution Downloads or custom resolution downloads, first go to Settings from your Main Dashboard.
2. In the Store Pricing tab, click to edit the Photo Downloads product.
3. Click the pencil icon next to the product you’d like to edit.
4. In the download editor, checkmark to Add Download Terms, add your message, and click Apply.

The client will see the download terms in the gallery and on the download page before they can save their photos.

After they checkmark to agree to your download terms, they can select their download option and save their images.
