If you’d like to extend a coupon to a user whose original coupon or app has expired, you can use the Support Your Client feature in the gallery Dashboard tab by quickly creating a new coupon code to replace the expired one.

Quick Support Your Client Setup Option

1. To quickly activate a money off discount, select the specific gallery and click Support Your Client within the gallery Dashboard tab.

undefined

2. Select Simple Discount / Compensation Coupon.

undefined

3. If you’d like to offer a monetary discount amount, enter the amount in the Discount section. Or if you’d like to offer a percentage off discount, select See full app options. We’ll go over this more in a bit. Then select the Discount Duration, enter the Discount Description, and Coupon Code, and click Create Coupon.

undefined

4. The coupon will now be active for the gallery.

Please note: No automated emails will be sent, so you will need to manually send the coupon code to the specific user. The code will be active for all user types by default. If you’re looking for a more detailed setup that allows you to edit the user types/recipients, add automated emails, and switch the discount to a percent off, refer to the steps in the following section.
