When downloading and installing the Pic-time Uploader App, your computer system may not recognize the connection from the app. A prompt from your computer may notify you to adjust your antivirus or firewall settings. To resolve this for Trend Micro Maximum Security, follow the steps below.
1. Open Trend Micro Maximum Security's Settings.
2. Enter your password and click OK.
3. Click on Exception Lists, select Programs/folders, and click + Add.
Add an Item
4. Click Browse.
5. On your computer, go to C:\Program Files\pic-time, select the "PCPClientNG.exe" file and click OK.
6. You need to add two more files. Click + Add again, and follow steps 4-5 again. This time go to C:\Program Files\pic-time and add the "PTCreateFile.PT.CA.dll" file.
7. Click + Add again, and follow steps 4-5 one more time. This time go to C:|Program Files\, and add the entire "pic-time" folder. Then click Apply.
