As the photographer, you have full control over pricing and fulfillment in the store. You are able to choose a lab integrated with the Pic-Time system to fulfill orders or you can choose to self-fulfill orders outside of Pic-Time.
Choosing a Lab
1. To choose a lab, begin by clicking on Settings from the Main Dashboard.
2. Under the Store Pricing tab, hover over an item in the store and click on Edit Price.
3. Locate the item and under the fulfillment column click on the drop-down arrow to select the desired lab.
4. Click Apply to save.
5. Once the order is placed, the chosen lab will be displayed under your Sales Automation > Orders Tab. The lab will fulfill the item and ship it to the address provided by the client.
Setting up Self-Fulfillment
If you would like to self-fulfill any products, you first need to list yourself as the seller, and make sure you are on a Professional or Advanced plan.
1. Begin by clicking on the Settings tab from the Main Dashboard.
2. Hover over the item in the store and click on Edit Price.
3. Locate the item and click the drop-down arrow to select self-fulfill under the fulfillment column. Select to adjust your store seller settings if you haven’t done so already.
4. Adjust pricing if needed and click Apply to save.
Please Note: Products that feature Pic-Time designs have a flat design cost. Fine Art Albums, Layflat Albums, Everyday Albums, Hardcover Books, and Magazines have a flat fee of $5 (USD). Foiled and regular Greeting Cards have a flat fee of $2 (USD).
5. Once the order is placed by the client it will be ready to be self-fulfilled by you.
