This article will show you what it will look like for your client when they select photos in response to your Selection Request. If you'd like to send a tutorial to your client, you can find an unbranded video here.

When you send a selection request to your client they can flag images direct in the gallery. The photographer is able to manage the selection on the photographer dashboard and to design products in the store using the selected images.

Selecting Photos

1. When the request is sent, the client will receive an email similar to one below. They can click on Flag Photos to begin. To learn how to edit the default email, Click Here.

2. They can then hover over the image and then the Flag Icon on the desired photo.

3. Checkmark the selection they would like the photo to be included in.

4. Once finished, they can review them by clicking on the Flag Icon in the navigation bar.

5. Choose the selection of flagged photos.

6. They can remove any photos from the selection tray, as well as add my favorites and remove all photos.

7. Once satisfied with the selection, they can click on Send to Photographer to send them to you. You will be notified by email when they have completed their selection. Your client cannot edit a closed selection, unless you re-open it in the Workflow tab.

Clients can send a selection with less than or the exact amount of photos the photographer has requested. If too many photos are flagged, the selection will display a red color and not allow the selection to be sent to the photographer.
