How do I edit my client's shopping cart in Pic-Time 2.0?

Please Note: You currently cannot create new shopping carts or edit client’s saved-for-later designs in Pic-Time 2.0 galleries.

Easily edit existing shopping carts. You can use this feature to help your clients with their orders.

If you want to include emails and gallery banners with an optional discount when you add items to a client’s store or shopping cart, use the Send Product automation.

Edit an Existing Cart

1. Click here to go to Shop & Automation > Carts. To view and edit an existing shopping cart, click on the specific cart.

2. Click the Duplicate icon to create another copy of the client’s shopping product.

3. Click the Product Photos icon to view, replace, download, and send the product’s photos.

4. Click the X icon to remove that particular item from the shopping cart. It will then be removed from the cart and placed in a saved-for-later section instead.

5. When the product is in the saved-for-later section, you can click the cart icon to move it back to the client’s cart. You can also duplicate, view product photos, and edit the product in the main shop editor.

6. Click on the pencil icon to edit the product in the main shop editor. From there you can edit the design, specs, and cropping of the product.

7. Finally, you can access the shipping and billing info, as well as any relevant tracking numbers by clicking on Shipping Info. You can also click to Download CSV.
