When downloading and installing the Pic-time Uploader App, your computer system may not recognize the connection from the app. A prompt from your computer may notify you to adjust your antivirus or firewall settings.
SurfShark’s Bypass feature lets you use split-tunneling right in your computer to resolve this issue.
To utilize this feature, follow these steps:
1. Open the SurfShark application on your computer and go to Settings.
2. Select VPN settings.
3. Select Bypasser.
4. Click to Add website.
5. Type or copy/paste “pcpclients.pic-time.com” into the Website URL, and click to Add.
6. Back in the Bypass window, click to Add app.
7. Look for Pic-Time Uploader, checkmark the box to select it, and click to Add.
8. Then restart the Pic-Time Uploader, and it should start working now.
