On the 12th of February 2026, we’re rolling out a behind-the-scenes update that corrects how Hardcover Books products offered by Miller’s, Profotonet, QT Albums, and Wooden Banana print labs are categorized in Pic-Time.
The physical products themselves are not changing. Products from these labs, currently categorized as Hardcover Books, were historically placed in that category even though that category didn’t fully reflect the product’s format or use. As of February 12th, 2026, these products will be moved into the Everyday Album category, which more accurately reflects the product type.
As part of this update, Hardcover Books with Suede Cover, specifically offered by QT Albums and Wooden Banana, will be discontinued.
Please Note: All changes described below will be implemented automatically on February 12, 2026, at approximately 6:00 am GMT, and the update process is expected to take 2-3 hours to complete.
These changes only affect Hardcover Books products currently offered by Miller’s, Profotonet, QT Albums, and Wooden Banana. Hardcover Books products offered by other labs will not be affected by this update.
Updates related to Gallery Board products from Folio Albums and Seldex print labs are explained in detail here.

How These Changes Affect Your Shop and Actions Needed
What you need to do depends on which products and fulfillers you currently have enabled in your Price List(s):
No Action Needed
If you offer Hardcover Books from the affected labs and don’t already use another fulfiller in the Everyday Album category, your shop will update automatically, and no action is needed on your part.
Please Note: The product itself and the pricing will remain the same.
For example, if you have Hardcover Books with Miller’s enabled and Everyday Album is not currently enabled with any lab, then on February 12th, your Hardcover Books will be disabled, and Everyday Album will be automatically enabled with Miller’s instead.
Before February 12:
After February 12:
Action Needed
If you offer Hardcover Books from the affected labs but already use another fulfiller in the Everyday Album category, your current Everyday Album fulfiller will remain enabled, while Hardcover Book products will be disabled if no action is taken on your part.
For example, if you have Hardcover Books with Miller’s enabled, and Everyday Album with WHCC enabled, then on February 12th, your Hardcover Book will be disabled, and Everyday Album will remain enabled as before.
Before February 12:
After February 12:
Actions you can take before February 12th
If it’s before February 12 and you want to keep using the affected labs when their Hardcover Book is moved to the Everyday Album category, you can follow these steps:
1. In your Store Pricing, go to the specific Price List you want to update. Please note that you may need to update multiple Price Lists.
2. Click on the Everyday Album product and Disable your current Everyday Album in sizes 8”x8”, 10”x10”, and 12”x12” by unchecking the box.
3. On February 12th, the Hardcover Books will be automatically transferred to the Everyday Albums category, and your products will be automatically enabled again.
Pro Tip: To minimize the time this product is unavailable in your shop, wait until closer to February 12 before disabling it under the Hardcover Books category.
4. Then, if you want to offer the Hardcover Book from a different lab, you can open the Hardcover Book product, checkmark to enable the product again, and select a new lab from the drop-down. You can also adjust your pricing if needed.
Actions you can take on or after February 12th
If it’s on or after February 12 and you want to keep using the same product from the affected labs after they’ve now been moved to the Everyday Album category, you can follow these steps:
1. In your Store Pricing, go to the specific Price List you want to update. Please note that you may need to update multiple Price Lists.
2. Click on the Everyday Album product and switch the fulfiller to the affected lab from the drop-down.
3. Then, if you want to offer the Hardcover Book from a different lab, you can open the Hardcover Book product, checkmark to enable the product again, and select a new lab from the drop-down. You can also adjust your pricing if needed.
Saved Designs & Items-in-Cart
If you and/or your clients have Saved Designs or items-in-cart for Hardcover Books* from labs listed above, they will be automatically moved to Saved Designs under Everyday Albums on February 12th.
* Please Note: Suede Hardcover Books Saved Designs and/or cart items will be automatically updated to Everyday Albums saved designs, which have a Linen Cover.
If your clients want to keep the Suede cover, you will need to change the Suede Hardcover Book to an unaffected fulfiller before February 12th.
You can do this by going to the Hardcover Books - Suede product in your Price List and selecting an unaffected fulfiller from the drop-down.
If it’s on or after February 12th, the Suede Hardcover Books are now migrated to Everyday Albums, which have a Linen Cover, and are in the Saved Designs. You and/or your clients will want to review the cover design before completing your purchase.
In addition, you may see a price difference in the Saved Designs. While the base cost and additional spread cost of the product remain the same, the total price for the migrated Saved Designs includes an additional spread cost within the base cost. This is due to layout differences between Hardcover Books and Everyday Albums–starting on February 12th, you and your clients will now be able to design and customize the first and last pages of those migrated Everyday Album Saved Designs, or keep them blank as they were before.
