How do I allow connectivity to the Uploader App through Canopy?

When downloading and installing the Pic-time Uploader App, your computer system may not recognize the connection from the app.

A prompt from your computer may notify you to adjust your antivirus or firewall settings.

Canopy

Step 1: Open Canopy

Firstly, open the Canopy app or log in to the Canopy Web Dashboard.

Step 2: Allow Pic-Pic-Time Uploader app:

1. From the left-hand menu, select the device you want to manage and click on Content Filtering (located under Show More on the mobile app).

2. In the main dashboard, under Content Filtering, click on Applications (or Apps in the mobile app).

3. In the search bar, type β€œPic-Time Uploader” to locate the app.

4. Once found, select Unfiltered from the dropdown menu next to the app name.
