When sharing a link for clients to access their galleries, if clients forget their link they can still easily access the gallery through the generic landing page or through your Portfolio Page. This article presents a few options for delivering your work to clients.
Generic Landing Page
If you aren't concerned about Pic-Time branding being visible to your clients, you can utilize the following link to direct your clients to the login page, granting them access to their galleries.
This will prompt clients to enter their email address and password before redirecting them to the More galleries page within their account.
Portfolio Page
You can also host your Portfolio Page on your own website, giving clients access to a dedicated client portal. This allows you to showcase all your Client Galleries in one place.
Pro Tip: You can add a password to the portfolio page so only your clients and guests they share the password with will be able to see the page. From there, they can search for their gallery and login/view.
To match your branding, you can customize fonts, colors, font sizes, the gallery grid, and your logo within the Portfolio Page.
Your URL will look like this example: johnsmithphotography.pic-time.com which will redirect to johnsmithphotography.pic-time.com/portfolio
From the page, clients can select their gallery to log in.
Pro Tip: To feature the gallery on your Portfolio Page for client viewing, simply check the Show on Portfolio box in your Gallery Setup. Learn more.
Viewing a Public Gallery
If the gallery is public, the visitors (users who have not been invited to the gallery previously) will be able to see the entire gallery without needing to log in.
Viewing a Private Gallery
If the gallery is private, the visitors (users who have not been invited to the gallery previously) will not be able to see any photos when accessing the gallery from the Portfolio Page. They will be asked to log in to access the images.
Pro Tip: You can also integrate your Portfolio Page into your website to create a dedicated page or client portal. Learn more.
Custom URL
If you prefer an unbranded landing page, you can use your own custom domain for your Portfolio Page instead of Pic-Time’s URL.
Setting up a custom domain keeps your branding consistent and provides a seamless experience for your clients.
