Your client can download media to Google Photos directly from the gallery, depending on the download permissions you have enabled.
Downloading to Google Photos
1. First, clients can select their media by clicking on the checkmark icon on the media, or by clicking Select.
2. After clients have selected their media, they can click on the download icon.
3. In the download window, they can click the arrow icon to select the resolution to download, depending on your gallery’s download settings.
4. They can then review their media selection and click Next to proceed.
5. To download media to Google photos, they can click Save next to this option.
6. They will need to enter their Google account credentials and click Next.
7. Then click to Allow a connection between pic-time.com and their Google Account.
8. They will then receive a confirmation that images are being sent to their Google Photos. They can access them via their Google Photos account.
Please Note: If the media does not appear in their Google Photos account, your client should check their available storage.
