In Pic-Time, you have the option to offer your Featured Videos for free downloads for different types of gallery guests. Anyone who isn't eligible to download for free will have the option to purchase the Featured Video instead. This is a great option to sell extra footage such as a longer video of the day, videos of speeches, or special compilations.

1. To begin, go to Settings from your Main Dashboard.

2. In the Store Pricing tab, select your preferred Price List, and checkmark to enable and edit the Slideshows and Videos product.

3. You can add up to 6 different Price options for the Slideshows and Videos, and will be able to select the price for each specific media in each gallery. Consider different price points for different types of Slideshows and Videos, such as selling the social media Slideshow for a low price point, or selling Featured Videos of extra materials, such as speeches or behind the scenes, at various personal and commercial price points. Then click Apply to save your changes.

1. In the Photos & Media tab of each specific gallery, either click to upload a new Featured Video, or click on the three dots on an existing video and go to Video Settings.

2. Then update the Downloads by clicking on the Settings button.

3. In the Download Settings, you can checkmark to Allow free Video downloads for Main Clients, Photographer Invited, or all guests of the gallery. If you have Video Downloads enabled in your Store Pricing, any users who are not eligible to download the video for free will be able to purchase it. Select your Featured Video Download price from Sell Video downloads dropdown, and click Apply to save your changes.

4. Now people will be able to purchase and download the Featured Video directly from the gallery shop.
