Add your tax number or SSN to calculate any necessary taxes on orders.

Click here to go to your Settings > Plans & Billing tab, and input your Tax Number. Do NOT include any spaces in your Tax Number.
The system will check your tax number with the labs you’ve selected in your Pricing and you'll see the Pending verification message. If you've correctly entered your tax number, it will then say Verified. You will also receive an email once your tax number has been either verified or rejected.
Depending on your location, you may not be required to validate your tax number or VAT number. If you think it is required of you, double-check that you’ve set up your Address correctly in your Profile. Learn more here.
In the Pricing
When selecting labs in your Pricing, you’ll see a warning if you will be charged a tax.
Where can I see tax charges to my account?
Under Shop & Automation > Billing History, you’ll see the tax broken down as part of the Order production cost. If the order has labs from multiple locations with different tax requirements, you’ll see these as separate charges from each lab.
