If you receive an Uploader error when trying to upload through Safari, it may be due to iCloud Private Relay in your Safari browser.
To resolve, follow the steps below.
1. First, double-check that you can upload photos on Chrome. If the upload works through Chrome, it is likely caused by the iCloud Private Relay in Safari. Continue with the steps below to resolve it. If you see the same issue in Chrome, the steps below will not fix it. Please reach out to our support.
2. After confirming the issue is only with Safari, go to Safari and select Preferences or Settings...
3. Under Privacy, uncheck Hide IP address from trackers.
4. Then attempt to upload again. If that doesn't solve the issues, go to Apple, then System Preferences or System Settings...
5. In the Network tab, select the network that you're currently working with.
6. Click Details...
7. Toggle off the Limit IP address tracking option, and click OK.
8. Close the Network page, and repeat steps 4-6 to double-check that the Limit IP address tracking option is still toggled off.
Please Note: If you do not see the Limit IP address tracking option, you can follow one of these articles to find the location on your Mac -
9. Then refresh Safari and the upload should resume.
