To duplicate a client gallery, the image files need to be re-uploaded to a new gallery.
1. If you need to retrieve the files for the new gallery upload, select the original gallery in your account and go to the Workflow tab. Then click Send/Download Photos.
2. Select any image, and then click Select All to select the entire gallery. Then click Download Photos.
3. Then click the .zip folder to begin downloading.
Please Note: If the files are in storage, you will need to wait for the de-archive to complete.
4. When the download is complete and the folder has been unzipped, click + New Client Gallery from the Main Dashboard and begin uploading the images.
