You can create Project Templates in order to save your gallery settings and re-use them for future galleries. This guide will walk you through how to create the templates and create galleries using the templates.

Learn more about duplicating, editing, and renaming existing project templates here.

Create Project Template

1. Click Settings from your Main Dashboard.

2. Under the Preferences tab, click the + icon to add a new Project Template.

3. Name your template and click Continue.

4. Modify the fields in color and click Continue to go through each tab. Each tab will have certain color fields that can be saved, these are the fields that will be part of the template.

For example, in addition to setting gallery settings such as download limitations and gallery expiration, you can also add your Marketing Automation apps. After you create the live gallery, you can choose to auto-start some apps, or toggle the apps on (as well as have the option to add any of your other active apps).

5. You can also add client Selection Requests if you like. When you're done choosing your preferred settings, click Done to save your template.

Create a New Gallery Using the Template

1. Click + New Client Gallery from your Main Dashboard.

2. Choose your template.

Now you can start working on your gallery with the pre-designed template!

Please Note: If you have included Marketing Automations in your Project Template, you will need to manually toggle on the automation in the campaign after creating the gallery.

App Auto-Start Using the Template

When creating galleries from templates, certain Marketing Automations can be applied automatically. When setting up your project template, within Sales & Automation, you can choose to toggle an automation you wish to activate automatically when the gallery is published.

Please Note: There may be cases where auto-activation is not possible due to settings that require specificity in the automation's editor. For example, in the Simple Sales System app, you can only add it to individual galleries in order to select preview scenes and customize the emails.
