You can send a gallery to your client when the Preview images (completed Preview gallery progress bar) are fully uploaded.

Your client won't be notified that their gallery is ready until you click the Send to Client button to send the gallery invite email or Send by myself button to manually send the link to your Main Client.

Please Note: When you add the Main Client name and email address in the Share tab of the gallery, the system will give the client access to the gallery if they have an existing Pic-Time account. The client will not receive a notification or link to the gallery until you click Send to Client, but if the client logs into their account before then and their info has been added as the Main Client, they will be able to view the gallery.

Please Note: Some Marketing Automation apps override the gallery invite email and automatically send the app emails after the Main Client info is added and the app is assigned. For example, the Rolling Publish app and the Simple Sales System app.

If the High-Res upload has not been completed when the gallery is sent, the client will be able to view their gallery, but they will not have access to the high-res image files until the Hi-Res upload is complete.

You also have the option to schedule the Gallery is Ready email if you'd like to automatically send the gallery at a specific time.
