Now you can track the status of the Gallery Expiration Automation in the Automations dashboard. You can check if the gallery is active or has expired while using the Gallery Expiration Automation, as well as the expiration date and the status of the different stages of the Automation.

1. To get started, click Sales & Automation from the Main Dashboard.

2. Select the Automations tab and find your Gallery Expiration Automation.

3. Under View Activity, select Assignments.

4. Now you can see the status of the Automation for each gallery that it was assigned to. You can see the date it was assigned to the gallery, the status of the Automation, the expiration date, conversions (any sales made), and the conversions value (orders total).

5. If you select the gallery, you can see further details, such as when the next stage of the Automation will trigger.

6. You can also check the gallery expiration date in the individual gallery Dashboard tab. Select the Dashboard tab in your gallery, and the date is displayed under Automation Notifications.

7. And that’s it! Now you can check on the status of any of your Automations that involve gallery expiration!
