1. To download the images go to the specific Gallery. In the Workflow tab, click Send/Download Photos.

2. Select the photos you would like to download. If you wish to select all the photos, you can click on one photo and click on Select All.

3. To select all images within a certain scene, you can click on the three-dot menu under the scene name.

4. Once you are finished making your selection, click Download Photos.

5. Click on the zip file to initiate the download to your computer.

The zip file(s) will be saved to the designated “downloads” folder on your computer. After your download is complete, extract the photos from the zip file by double-clicking on the zip folder or by using third-party software for zip file extraction.

1. To download client selections/favorites/downloads/shared, first access the selection through the Workflow tab. Click User's Favorites or choose a selection under

2. Client Selections. For this example, we will be working with a Client Selection but you can follow the same steps to download User's Favorites as well.

3. Click on Download Photos.

4. Click on the zip folder to initiate the download to your computer. And that's it! A zip file containing the photos will be downloaded to your computer.
