1. To begin downloading all of the images in the gallery click the downward-facing arrow in the upper right corner of the screen, and select Download Full Gallery.

2. Click Download to Computer. You can also select Save to Dropbox or Save to Google Photos.

3. To optimize download speed, images are grouped in a zip file(s). Click photos.zip to begin the download to your computer.

The zip file(s) will be saved to the designated “downloads” folder on your computer. After your download is complete, extract the photos from the zip file by double clicking on the zip folder or by using third-party software for zip file extraction.

If there are multiple scenes in the gallery, the images will be split into subfolders named after the scenes in the downloaded folder. The folder structure can be turned off by the support team, which you can request by emailing [email protected]. The downloaded folder is named Photos but can be named after the project name as well. Please contact support to have this feature configured for your account.

4. You can also select to download the web-size version of the photos by clicking on Download Here.

1. To start a selection of photos you would like to download simply hover over an image in the gallery and click on the downward-facing arrow.

2. Choose the image quality and where you would like to save your photo, checkmark any download terms, and click Continue.

The JPEG file is now downloaded to your designated Downloads folder, Dropbox or Google Photos.

Our support team can disable the one-click download in your galleries. Instead, the photos will be collected in the download tray and can be downloaded from the tray. Please contact [email protected] to configure your account.

2. Select photos from any of the collections on the left side.

3. Some of the collections include Favorites, Gallery Scenes, Selections for Photographer, and Previously Downloaded. You can select certain photos within a collection or click to Select All or Unselect All. Once you complete your selection, choose the size you would like to download.

4. Click Download to Computer. You can also select Save to Dropbox or Save to Google Photos.
