When a gallery visitor selects an Album, Magazine, or Book to purchase, they will be prompted to choose either a pre-designed layout or start with a blank layout.
Pre-designed Albums are created by Pic-Time using an algorithm that considers:
The client’s photo interactions (downloads, favorites, shares, etc.)
The color patterns of each image
Photos with the most interaction are grouped with other photos of similar color patterns and arranged in the album design. By default, the Album Designer starts with 20 pages, but you can change this number in your Store Pricing.
Editing the Default Number of Pages
1. From the Main Dashboard, click Settings.
2. In the Store Pricing tab, select the relevant Price List.
3. Hover over and click on the Album, Magazine, or Book product to edit it.
4. Click on the pencil icon next to the page count listed at the top.
5. Select your preferred default number of pages, click OK, and then click Apply.
Client View
When you or your client selects to purchase an Album product in the Shop, an automatic design will be created. You can choose to proceed with the pre-designed layout or start a blank design.
Either option will use the default number of pages you set in your Store Pricing.
