If you notice that your settings are not saving or resetting later on, you may have a browser extension that is affecting this.
LastPass
One of the most common extensions that is known to affect settings on Pic-Time is LastPass. In this case, you would need to configure your LastPass settings to exclude Pic-Time as one of the affected sites.
To fix this, you will need to add pic-time.com and your Pic-Time domain
(photographername.pic-time.com) as a Never URL. To follow a full tutorial from LastPass, click here.
Please Note: When adding your URL don't include the "/" at the end as this may cause the filter to act incorrectly.
Correct: yoururl.pic-time.com
Incorrect: yoururl.pic-time.com/
Sometimes that might not work, or will stop working after a while. The suggested fix from Lastpass' support is to go to Account Options -> Advanced -> Clear Local Cache, then log out and log back into the extension.
Honey
Honey is another extension that in some cases will affect settings. To fix this, first try disabling Honey.
In the Chrome browser, click the three dots button in the top right corner, then go to More Tools > Extensions. (Do not use the puzzle button as that only shows the enabled extensions.)
If that does not resolve the issue or if Honey is already disabled, uninstall Honey completely from your extensions.
