In Pic-Time, you can either have Pic-Time collect the payments, in which case a commission is taken from the profit only on your orders, or you can collect payment yourself to avoid the commission. Commission-Free Plans
Pic-Time offers commission-free store sales for all paid plans (with the exception of Beginner Complete plan and Art Gallery Professional plan) when you switch to collecting payments in the store yourself.
Please Note: The gallery backup product created through the Existing Gallery Backup app and Gallery to Backup System app is not commission-free, due to the product being a Paypal subscription (through Pic-Time).
Default Commissions
By default, Pic-Time collects payments in the store if you do not reconfigure your store settings. In this case, Pic-Time collects a small commission percentage, from your order profit amount only, to cover credit card fees and store maintenance. The commission rate varies per each plan.
When setting up your Store Pricing, this commission rate is automatically factored into the profit margin.
