If your custom domain/IP address is blocked, it may be because you have added a custom domain under Cloudflare and then turned on the Proxy status after the custom domain was added.

To resolve this, simply turn off your Proxy status in your Cloudflare account next to your Pic-Time custom domain, then click Save.
