When scheduling Marketing Automation emails, you can choose to send them immediately at the time of the trigger or at an optimized send time.
An optimized send schedule delivers your emails at times when clients are most likely to open them (they’re more likely to be at their desk). That is typically 8 AM, 2 PM, or 8 PM, based on your local timezone.
When you choose an optimized send schedule, if the trigger falls outside these windows, the email will wait until the next closest optimal time. If it’s within 1 hour of one, it will send immediately.
Please Note: Your local timezone (adjust timezone settings) will determine when the emails are sent to clients.
