When you invite Vendors directly from your galleries, they are automatically included in your Vendor Network.
You can also invite Vendors directly to your Vendor Network, without needing to invite them to a specific gallery first. This allows you to connect with Vendors and save their contact and business information, and then easily invite them to galleries later.
Pro Tip: Vendors are not notified when you add/approve them to your Vendor Network.
Click here to go to your Vendor Network > Vendors (or Vendor Network > Vendor list depending on where you are on the website).
From there, you can either:
Click Invite link: Vendors will fill out their own information via the link and you can approve or decline them. Learn more here.
Click + Add vendor: Manually add the vendor, and fill in all of their information yourself. Learn more here.

Click Invite link to copy your Vendor Network registration link.
After aVendor signs up via the link, they will appear in a Pending Invitations at the top of your Vendors List. When they are pending, you can::
Click on the Vendor to view and edit their information.
Click Decline if you don’t want to add the Vendor.
Click Approve if you want to add them to your Vendor Network.
The Vendor is now added to your Vendor Network!
Add Vendor manually
Click + Add vendor.
Fill out the Vendor’s business information and click Apply.
The Vendor is now added to your Vendor Network, and you can easily add them to your galleries.
