When the store payment is collected by Pic-Time, profits from sales made in the store are deposited into the photographer’s PayPal account on the 1st and 15th of each month as long as:
the total profit amount is over $20
the order was approved/confirmed 7 days before the deposit date
your account information has your Stripe email
Stripe will issue a 1099 form for income of $600 minimum profits through Stripe. Pic-Time will not issue 1099 forms. To find your tax form, continue with Stripe here.
Adding your Stripe Account
1. Click here to begin in the Shop Settings tab of your Shop & Automations, and then click Setup.
2. After selecting Pic-Time under Payment Collected By, click to connect your Stripe account.
3. Click Continue to proceed.
4. This will open the Stripe login portal. Input your email details and click Submit.
5. If you have a Stripe account and wish to use it, select the account you want to connect to Pic-Time and click Connect.
If you don’t have a Stripe account yet or want to make a new account for the Pic-Time payments (our recommendation), click to Create new account.
6. Then click Continue to finish creating your new account and complete the connection to Pic-Time.
7. After you've connected your Stripe account, click Apply to save your changes.
