Reset Uploader Connection Troubleshooting button
Pro Tip: If you see an upload error in Pic-Time, first make sure your uploader is running, up to date, and that uploading is working without the plugin.
1. If Lightroom says there is an Uploader Error, go to File > Plug-In Manager.
2. In the Pic-Time Plug-in Advanced Configuration, click Reset Uploader Connection to resolve.
Please Note: Do not uninstall and reinstall the Lightroom Plugin. Uninstalling the Pic-Time Lightroom Plugin will result in lost data. Please reach out to our support team if you have any questions.
