How do I Check the Status of the Gallery Expiration App?

Now you can track the status of the Gallery Expiration app in the app dashboard. You can check if the gallery is active or has expired while using the Gallery Expiration app, as well as the expiration date and the status of the different stages of the app.

Check the Status of the Gallery Expiration App

1. To get started, click Sales & Automation from the Main Dashboard.

2. Select the Automations tab and find your Gallery Expiration App.

3. Under the app, select Assignments.

4. Now you can see the status of the app for each gallery that it was assigned to. You can see the date it was assigned to the gallery, the status of the app, the expiration date, conversions (any sales made) and the conversions value (orders total).

5. If you select the gallery, you can see further details, such as when the next stage of the app will trigger.

6. You can also check the gallery expiration date in the individual gallery Dashboard tab. Select the Dashboard tab in your gallery and the date is displayed under App Notifications.

7. And that’s it! Now you can check on the status of any of your apps that involve gallery expiration!
