After you have created a Marketing Automation app, you can assign it to your galleries to begin your campaign and notify your Art Gallery and Client Gallery clients about the sale!
Assigning an App
1. To assign to one or more galleries, click on the app from the Sales Automation Dashboard, under the Art Galleries tab.
2. Select Assign to Galleries.
3. Click to select your Art Galleries.
4. Checkmark which galleries you want to apply the app to. You can also check whether you want the banner from the app to show on the Art Main Page as well. Once you select your galleries, click Apply.
5. Your client gallery visitors can be a very good target for your Art campaigns. Turn this option on to notify them of your sale in addition to your art gallery customers.
6. Click the pencil icon to select which client galleries you want to notify of this campaign.
7. Filter through specific galleries, checkmark which ones you want to include, or click Select all, and then click Apply.
Please Note: If a client has more than one gallery assigned with the same coupon and the client adds products from both galleries to the cart and places a single order, they will get a discount for both galleries.
However, if the usage number set in the app settings is 1 and the client places one order with items from one gallery and wants to later place an order with items from the second gallery, the discount won't be valid anymore. The client will receive the message in the cart, 'coupon is already used'.
8. Then define which type of user you want to notify from the selected galleries.
9. Choose from your Main Clients, Photographer Invited, Client Invited, and Guest users, and then click Apply.
10. When you’re done, click Apply to assign the app to your galleries and begin the campaign.
11. The app is now assigned and the actions of the app will start automatically!
