If you have or downgrade to a Free or Beginner plan, you can purchase the Blog Retention Add-On to keep your existing blogs online, even if you choose to leave Pic-Time. The add-on does not allow you to create or edit blogs, only to keep them online.
You can purchase the Add-On for $12/year or $2/month.
Please Note: When you downgrade to one of these plans, your blogs will automatically show as Offline. Then after purchasing the Add-On, you will need to manually mark each Blog as visible in the gallery's Photos tab.
1. To purchase the Blogs Retention Add-On, go to Settings from the Main Dashboard.
2. Under the Plans & Billing tab, click to Add the Blogs Retention.
To Increase your Storage Space:
If you need to clear up storage space after you’ve downgraded/canceled your subscription, you can delete the gallery photos in the Photos tab and set the gallery to Offline - this will not affect the blog (reminder that your blogs will not stay online/available unless you’ve purchased the Blog Retention add-on).
If you’re on the Professional plan and are running out of storage space, you can do the same thing to free up storage - delete the photos via the Photos tab and set the gallery to Offline. You will not need the Blogs Retention add-on as you’re still on the Professional plan.
Please note that if you delete the gallery itself, this will delete the blog, regardless of what plan you’re on, or if you’ve purchased the Blog Retention add-on.
