When the photographer’s credit card is charged for the plan subscription or the product/shipping cost, the receipts are saved under 'Billing' in the Settings tab. The invoices can be easily printed or saved as PDF files at any time. Please allow a few days for the invoices to prepare once the card is charged.
Downloading Invoices
1. Click Settings from your Main Dashboard.
2. Select the Plans & Billing tab, and click View Billing History > on the right hand side.
3. You can filter through types of invoices in the top right hand corner. Select Subscriptions invoices from the dropdown.
4. To view the plan subscription invoice, click on the invoice number under the Download Invoice column.
Saving as a PDF
1. Access the invoice following the steps above. Click to print the document (most browsers: File → Print). Change the printer destination to Save as PDF.
2. Click Save and choose the destination on your computer.
